MarinaBay rules and booking conditions

Please kindly read and accept the rules below. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a berth or a gate key without your approval.

The skipper/owner of the boat is responsible for ensuring that the rules below are followed. Please also instruct your guests on the rules.

We expect every boat to be properly insured. The marina is not liable for any damage caused at the marina (e.g. storm damage, damage caused by dock structures, damage caused by other boaters, damage caused by waves, or other damage).

Silence and consideration of others
For everyone's comfort and peace at night, the port is silent from 23.00 to 07.00. We expect every guest and visitor to the harbour to be considerate of other fellow boaters and harbour guests, and to conduct their own and their guests' activities accordingly. Violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of the paid berth and no refund of fees paid.

Waste management
Waste should be delivered to the waste station next to the café. There are separate containers for mixed waste, biowaste, glass, metal and cardboard. For the environment, we hope that everyone will recycle. We do not handle hazardous waste, it is the responsibility of each boat owner to dispose of it for appropriate recycling.

Gate key
The gate key is only for guests of the marina who have booked a berth. The key may not be given to third parties.

Cleaning of platforms
Do not store anything on the platforms. To keep the docks and water area clean, all waste must be taken to the waste station (except for hazardous waste, which is the responsibility of the boat owner).

Terrace and café area
It should be noted that the café and the associated terrace are a licensed area. It is not allowed to bring your own drinks into the area or to take drinks from the area outside the licensed area. The café sells alcoholic beverages for sale separately.

Accommodation
All accommodation activities (Airbnb or its equivalent) are prohibited in the marina.

Other port services
The sauna, showers, laundry room, waste room and other port services are intended for the crew of each boat, not for charter customers, for example.

Refueling
Refueling in the port is prohibited

Boat mooring
- The mooring is for one boat only
- Please inform the harbour staff of your departure
- Boat and maintenance supplies may not be stored on the quay
- For sale signs or other advertising may not be attached to boats or quay structures

Arrival and departure
Drive quietly and carefully and avoid all wave action to prevent damage. Pay attention to other visitors to the port. The berth is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure.

Barbecues and open fires
All barbecues or open fires on piers or boats are strictly prohibited

Pets
Pets must always be tethered.

Pier gate
The gate must always be closed. Please also kindly advise your guests of this.

Car parking
There is a charge for parking in the harbour/café area. You can pay the parking fee using the mobile phone app, or by buying a parking permit at the café.

Fees
The harbour fee is payable to the café. Unpaid harbour fees will be invoiced in arrears and will be subject to a €100 parking penalty fee.
Unused harbour spaces cannot be carried over to the next season and no refunds will be given.

Violation of the above rules may result in the loss of the paid berth, in which case the fees paid will not be refunded.

I have read, accept and will abide by the rules and guidelines set by the marina.
